The Sustainable Europe Research Institute (SERI) and the Institute of Economic Structures Research (GWS) are analysing in ACRP project meetPASS how the achievement of the Paris Climate Agreement affects the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The project also includes an online consultation to assess the relationship between climate change mitigation policies and selected SDG targets. We would ask you to fill in the corresponding survey we have devised and thus support us to choose appropriate SDG indicators to be analysed in the project using macroeconomic model e3.at. Your assessment is supposed to be only in relation to Austria.
For additional information about the online consultation please click here: meetPASS: Online Consultation
The assessment is based on a seven-point scale:
+3 Indivisible: One objective is inextricably linked to the achievement of another
+2 Reinforcing: One objective directly creates conditions that lead to the achievement of the other
+1 Enabling: Pursuit of one objective enables the achievement of another
0 Consistent: neutral relationship
-1 Constraining: mild negative interaction, pursuit of one objective sets a slight constraint on the achievement of another
-2 Counteracting: Pursuit of one objective counteracts another
-3 Cancelling: Progress in one goal makes it impossible to reach another
With your involvement you will make an important contribution to the research into the interrelation of climate change mitigation and SDGs.
Thank you for your support!
To begin with, we would like to ask you to fill in some anonymous personal data (gender, age etc.).
The entire assessment will take around thirty minutes. We would appriciate if you could answer the questions for all SDGs analysed in meetPASS, but it is also possible to choose only some of them.
After submission of the personal information or your entries for any SDG you will be redirected to this page to chose the next SDG. In case you do not complete the consultation in one sitting, we would ask you to fill in the personal information again when you continue.
At the end of every SDG, you will also find a field to add general comments.
